Refund and Returns Policy
At Go Agri, we strive to provide high-quality agricultural products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
🔹 Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support at info@goagri.in with your order details.
🔹 After Dispatch:
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund as per our policy below.
🔹 Prepaid Orders:
- If a prepaid order is canceled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- If the order is already shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the customer must follow the return/refund policy.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
✔ Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with images/videos as proof.
✔ Wrong Item Received: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
✔ Quality Issues: If the product does not meet the promised quality standards, you may be eligible for a return or exchange, subject to approval.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products cannot be returned.
- Perishable items such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and chemicals are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
- Items without original packaging or invoice will not be accepted.
Return Process:
1️⃣ Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2️⃣ Provide order details and proof (images/videos) of the issue.
3️⃣ Our team will review your request and confirm approval for the return.
4️⃣ Upon approval, return the item in its original packaging within 7 days.
3. Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed as follows:
🔹 Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
🔹 Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back to the original payment source.
🔹 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer after verification.
❌ No Refunds Will Be Issued If:
- The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
- The product has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- The return package is missing original items, packaging, or invoice.
4. Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange a product, the process remains the same as a return.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
